William R. Witty American Legion Post 37 has served St. Peter area veterans, active duty service members and the local community for nearly 100 years. Our building, a cornerstone of the St. Peter community, is in need of repairs and updates.
Major repairs and updates include: roof repairs, outside brick repair, alley asphalt replacement, new beer cooler, broasters, renovated bar and bathrooms, flooring, windows, dishwasher, technology enhancements and other updates. Every dollar counts! Your support is greatly appreciated! Completed Projects
Thanks to your generous donations, the following projects have been completed to date:
- Roofing Repairs on front and back buildings
- Alley repair and asphalt replacement in rear of building
- POS (Point-of-Sale) System
- Replace swivel bar stools around front bar area
- Replacement garbage disposal on main dishwashing sink in kitchen
- New garbage disposal on small kitchen sink
Projects We're Currently Working On
- Resurfacing the beer cooler in the basement and buying a new condenser
- Purchasing and installing pressure fryers (broasters)
- New exterior doors
- New lights and awnings for outside building
